Involvement:
Created and managed balanced gameplay mechanics. Scripted events and white-boxed level designs, later taking them further into the final stage. Developed characters and world building while writing in game text for UI and tutorials.
The Game
WANDS is a PvP VR game using the Oculus headset. The gameplay is to teleport between locations, find your opponent, and choose a spell to cast at them. The one who knocks out the other player, wins.

Level Design
Holy Mountains Level
I based this level around a gorge where a small village was situated. The walls created by the small houses gave a variety of blindspots to hide (until you found out there was a teleportation spot you hadn’t seen, oops!). Huge statues that spat fire made sure that players didn’t stay put for long.
